He knew that Ripehouse Advisory's comprehensive and meticulous analysis of the whole Australian residential property market, to identify the very best investments to recommend their clients, would give me the information I needed to invest in the property market. The Ripehouse team are a very talented, no-nonsense collection of specialists with a wealth of experience. So much so that finding me a stellar investment within three days of signing up was just matter of factly presented for what it was: one of the best investments in Australia, for my circumstances, backed by solid analysis and *central* estimates of the property's potential (not inflated). Travis said: "It fits your profile Chris. It meets our criteria. Do you want us to secure this one for you? (paraphrasing a bit here). Twelve months later, I am very happy. Projected capital appreciation has been exceeded. Rental return is in the upper half of the forecast. I expect I'll be even happier when work through my tax and see the benefit from Travis' guiding comments on selecting my rental agent, getting depreciation schedules squared away and insurance sorted out.

After considerable research, we went with Ripehouse Advisory for an investment purchase. We could see the depth of their culling process in finding our potential purchase. We had a concern regarding flood location. However, Michael Nicolitsis and the research team sent us many different reports, government findings, mapping projections from independent groups and historical evidence which clearly showed that a our concerns were unnecessary and that their own research team had been diligent from the outset. Additionally, we couldn't be happier with the amount of updates regarding their correspondence with the broker, conveyancer and other parties. Would definitely use their services again.
