Julian and Michael guided me through the whole process and not only found me a great value investment property, but negotiated the price down, put me in touch with solicitors, project managers and building/pest inspectors and project managed the whole sale. There is no way I could have found and bought the property within a month without them.

We were introduced to Ripehouse by our Mortgage broker having had a mixed experience with another buyers advocate. From the get go they are head and shoulders above the other company and much more cost effective. The intro we had with Jacob via a video call was superb and very informative and negated any fears we had about re-investing. Travis was tasked with finding a property that fitted our requirements and after losing out on a couple of properties he showed us an excellent property that fitted the bill and secured within a short time. It was great to be guided by him every step of the way and engaging the necessary professionals to carry out the required inspections.
