Big thanks to Christian and Jacob for their invaluable assistance in securing my investment property last year. Not only did they facilitate a seamless acquisition process, but their expertise has proven to be truly beneficial. I've witnessed a remarkable increase of 30% in both the weekly rent and the property's value since then, which is commendable. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider allocating additional funds for maintenance when acquiring older properties.
