Achieved a great outcome becoming a client of Ripehouse Advisory. I was considering a few different BAs but went with Ripehouse as I found their suburb selection to be best in class due to their proprietary data and algorithms and having a history of outperformance in capital growth. I found Ripehouse to have a proven track record of exceptional capital growth over almost a 10 year sample size which no other BA really came close to, at least from my own research. In terms of the actual purchase, we were able to secure a property which was under market value, has a high rental cash flow, opportunity to uplift the value through a cosmetic renovation, and the area is primed for capital growth, overall the deal was excellent and was impressed with the outcome. One thing that stood out to me was how experienced Steve was in guiding me through each stage of the process. It didn't matter what I asked him, he was able to answer every question and give genuinely valuable advice in every answer due to having decades in the industry. In fact Steve negotiated the property 5k below my target purchase price and then another 5k through negotiation so I received a 10k discount just through Steve's negotiation alone which almost paid for the fee itself, whilst being a Ripehouse approved property. Overall highly recommend Ripehouse Advisory due to my experience above, will update my review once we've seen capital growth performance and renovated the bathroom to create equity in multiple ways.
