1. DISCOVERY CONVERSATION

We receive your personal fact find and discuss your current situation over the phone, then a QPIA will formulate your 20-Year Wealth Plan document.
This fact find is designed to get to the heart of your WHY. It will help us design your personalised wealth “blueprint” for action.


2. 60-MINS WEALTH CONSULTATION

We work through your Wealth Plan document (this is yours to take away from this consultation), discuss our service and examine how we may provide value. Generating long term wealth for yourself and your family is our primary goal.
We need to ensure we are a mutual fit – to confirm we are the best to do so.

3. ENGAGEMENT

Once you are on the “other” side, as one of our paying clients, we open up the curtain to our private advisory research and consultation.
This is a supported environment, where the world of exclusive research and insider due diligence is opened to you.
Our first objective is to describe our plan of attack – and to ensure you are 100% comfortable with your wealth plan and the course of action.

4. LOCATION RESEARCH

We pride ourselves on our cutting edge technology, research and ability to find Australia’s next High Performance growth location – first.
Our track record of success in doing so is breathtaking.
You will receive a private folio of our research to provide colour for the areas we will be targeting to deliver your specific strategic results.

5. ASSET PRESENTATION

Our research and asset selection team is always fully mobilised – scouring the nation for High Performance property investments.
We are extremely thorough in our due diligence, ruling out many dozens of properties along the way that are close, but fall short in one or many ways.
When you are presented recommended property choice (or choices), you will know that second to none due diligence will have been undertaken by a qualified buyers agent.
We will also provide you with information about the properties we have rejected, and why.

6. PROPERTY INSPECTION AND FINAL DUE DILIGENCE

Our approved buyers agent will move quickly when you demonstrate an interest to proceed in a target property, activating on the ground due diligence to inspect the property and feed all critical information, and videos, back to you.

7. PROPERTY OFFER AND CONDITIONAL PURCHASE

Your approved buyers agent will be a negotiation expert – and will move to secure the preferred target properties quickly and at excellent value. The objective is to secure it for you under fair market value.

8. MANAGING ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS TO SETTLEMENT

Think of us as the centre hub of a wheel. Ripehouse Advisory with its approved referral partners will do all the leg work and ensure all parties to the transaction are doing as they should and the transaction is proceeding smoothly to settlement.

If additional services are needed, whether that might be a services from a property manager, conveyancer, inspector, surveyor, planner, tradie etc – then you have access to our “little black book” of very well tested contacts.


9. AFTER PURCHASE SUPPORT AND MENTORSHIP

It is the time in between purchases where we need to be constantly monitoring your investments to maximise their ROI – and ensure you are on the optimum path towards your wealth goal.
